We were lucky enough to be nominated as finalists in 3 categories in the recent Wellington Region Business Excellence Awards – 'Small Business & Professional Services'; 'Best Emerging Business'; and on an individual level, Jo was a finalist in the 'Young Businessperson of the Year' category.
Held at Avalon Studios on 6th November 2015, these awards were attended by business professionals, community leaders and both Local and Central Government representatives from across the Hutt Valley and wider Wellington Region.

The black tie dinner gave the Savvy team a chance to glam up for the evening…and boy did we make the most of it! The food was just amazing, the very talented ladies from Avidiva provided the entertainment, and the MC, Steve Joll, was certainly on form with his humour.
It was great to see so many local businesses being showcased, with some wonderful success stories behind them.
Big congratulations to 'neighbours' of ours, Panhead Custom Ales, who took out the Best Emerging Business award, along with Cupcake Sweeties, Boutique Eyelashes, Neos Systems, and Love to Grow – all of whom we can personally vouch for. We'd also like to extend our congratulations to all businesses nominated – just being selected as a finalist is an achievement in its own right.
But the highlight of our night, without question, was hearing the winning name of the Young Business Person of the Year.You guessed it – our very own Jo Muggeridge! We streamed the awards presentation live to some of our team at home, and needless to say our team couldn't be prouder!
