For all of our vacancies, you would be assigned multiple clients, so you MUST have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise multiple clients' needs. You will also need to be tech-savvy, pick up new systems fast, delegate as required, and remain calm under pressure.

Bookkeeper/Virtual Assistant

Full time 40 hours, Mon-Fri
NZ-wide

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Xero, with recent experience

  • Payroll experience essential

  • Experience in trades-based job management software preferable

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Great eye for detail and accuracy

  • GST experience is a bonus
