Just follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Select the text or graphic that has the formatting you want to copy
2. Click on the Format Painter button which you can find on the Home tab
Note: just double click on the button to apply the same formatting to multiple places in the document
3. Select the text or graphic you want to format
To stop formatting press ESC
Now you can easily make sure all of your formatting is the same!
